We have number of Technology used in agriculture. 
Digital technology in agriculture is bringing a transformational change in the field of agriculture in India.  The connectivity of internet is increasing and we have got the chance transform agriculture using digital technology. At one time we have not any technology to connect with each other. At that time the farmers were coming at market yard sale their yield and discuss about the farming activities and the prices of their produce. But today it's not the case, each and every farmer has his own mobile and he can  use his WhatsApp number for sharing many more information with the help of internet. This is happened due to the communication technology revolution that we have got today in India. Farmer is using WhatsApp group for the technology transfer and the market information and other farming related activities. This is a small example but the technology is transforming farmers’ life.

    The digitization in agriculture has many ways to use smart agriculture. Different cases to use the smart farming is about farm loans. The farmer has the facility to has the facility to got their farm loan waive off, money credited to their bank account without visiting any government office. The money has been transferred directly to  bank accounts. This is also an example are using smart technology in agriculture.
    The various technologies that we can using today are Artificial intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Blockchain Technology, 3D printing Internet of Things, Drones, Remote sensing in agriculture. Mobile based applications, Geographical information system (GIS), Data Analytics, Machine Learning Technology. These are the technology used for day to day agriculture.  It starts from the soil sensors used to detect the soil moisture, crop growth, irrigation automation, can be used for sensing the moisture and to restart irrigation system, weather forecasting also  is very important. So that, We can plan next crop according to the weather condition. 

                           Crop health and pesticides play important role in agriculture and the diseases for the crop. Geo tagging of land is very important and many government schemes need Land record documents. The exact location of land using geo-spatial location. Also bio tagging and the bar coding is also important. The spraying of the pesticides thru drone is an important aspect for the new technology in agriculture. Self driving Tractors is also coming digital technology which is used for the smart agriculture. The automation of water pump is the new way Remote sensing in agriculture. The farmer can get the information through satellite, drones, localized sensor and mobile based IT application, modern management of Technology, Remote Sensing, geographical information system, Data Analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, internet of things, digital agriculture connected with each other. First satellite observations, accuracy high special resolution, daily monitoring. Second field survey, mobile app based survey, crop identification and mapping. Crop identification drone and  unmanned aerial vehicle (uav) based crop monitoring. Third, metrological data, fertilizer, Pesticides seeding, equipment information, disease information, pest and disease information, what is stress regards to nutrient deficiency and statistical analysis.

     Internet of things input interpretation, historical data analysis, statistical forecasting and acrage estimation, drones in agriculture for irrigation, pesticides management, aerial surveys, crop loss assessment analysis, robotics, blockchain, all are interrelated Technology and interlinked with computer system, in complex digitized way.

   Big data is used for the value chain and information of field machinery, sensor irrigation, GPS tracking  used for analysing the huge farmers data. Internet of things is all connectable things include people and devices. This can be used in Precision farming, waste management by monitoring water management and Food Technology. Artificial intelligence analyze this situation agriculture complexity do the things. Machine learning which is important and data analysis. The block chain Technology used in agri value system, blockchain is database system that maintain and share transparent unchanging record of the history of transaction. This transaction cannot be changed. whatever the transactions are recorded  cannot be changed. The consent of the first party is always taken before the transactions are done.  And hence fraud maybe detected.  Many more uses are coming and hence all this digital technology in agriculture can be used for Indian agriculture and smart farming.
